Synergy -A Place To Heal
Breath, definition: one of the few bodily functions that can be controlled both consciously and unconsciously.
This is why attention to it is common in many forms of meditation. It brings oxygen to our bodies, more important to us than food and water: Without it we would die in minutes.Restrictive breathing patterns support subconscious defense mechanisms to "stuff" unpleasant emotions. In fact, such unhealthy breathing patterns are often the result of previous attempts to cope with tramatic emotional or physical events dating back as early as birth. When feelings go unexpressed they are consciously repressed or subconsciously "suppressed" (stored in the body as chronic stress). It is inevitable that unexpressed emotions are eventually expressed as pain or disease. Since feelings are a form of energy, which cannot be destroyed, but can only change form. It is our responsibility to transform this energy and before it causes "dis ease"" in our bodies, mind and world.
Breathing if the one involuntary metabolic function that becomes voluntary the moment we choose to regulate our breath. This begins to explain why this breathing technique ultimately leads to the wonderful experience of co-creating our lives consciously, Instead of being the result of seemingly random thoughts and events. We can choose to be at the mercy of life, or we can choose To master it. Once we make that choice, creating abundance becomes as simple as receiving it. Most often, a lack of abundance is the result of a false belief in 'never being enough" or "not feeling worthy". Breathing clears out these restrictive beliefs And we begin to notice and eradicate habitual" self sabotaging" behaviors.
These breathing techniques are simple and profound processes the activate the body's most natural healing response. Through continued Circular breathing restricted breath patterns our open and and nobody is more highly oxygenated and stuffed emotions may come to the surface To be expressed and/or resolved. Less than 5% of human beings are using their complete lung capacity for bringing oxygen, energy, and light into the body. Our breathing patterns have a direct correlation to what issues we're dealing with. Imbalances of the body, mind, and spirit can be healed at the very root of their cause by approaching them from the perspective of healing our breathing patterns. Eventually, we can return ourselves to the calm, quiet, gentle breathing that is more closely exhibited in babies. Watch a baby breathe, that's true breath! Once we heal our breathing patterns, we heal the limitations we inflict upon our lives and are able to strengthen our connection with our Divine Selves.
We've been programmed to believe that we're damaged human beings attempting to be spiritual, and rarely making it. But we've gotten it all backwards: we are spiritual beings learning to be human. This shift in identity is transformational in itself, a redefinition of the human being as an awakening soul with our sacred purpose for entering human life.
Conscious connective breathing is the easiest way to bring your focus to the present moment. As you bring all your attention to your breathing, feel your abdomen rise with each inhale and fall with each exhale. Feel the breath as it passes your lips. Listen to the sound of your breathing. Our breath is the one thing but we always have with us that can bring us to a place of peace. As we continue to breathe without a pause between inhale and the exhale, the oxygen floods our system. Highly oxygenated blood is now racing through our body. As our brain gets flooded with oxygen rich blood, serotonin and endorphins are released. It just feels good. As we continue this steady rhythm, our body starts to tingle with all the powerful energy that we're drawing in. We are increasingly drawn into a deeper state of total relaxation and completely surrender. From this place, everything makes sense.
"From the spiritual point of view, the only important thing is to realize Divine Life and to help others realize it by manifesting it and every day happenings. To penetrate into the essence of all being and significance and to to release the fragrance of that inner attainment for the guidance and benefit of others--by expressing, in the world of forms, truth, love, purity, and beauty--this is the sole (soul) game that has intrinsic an absolute worth. All other happenings, incidents, an attainments in themselves can have no lasting importance."

"We must be steady enough in ourselves to be opened and let the way of life blow through us, to be our own breath, our inspiration; To breathe with them, mobile and soft and the limber ness of our bodies, in our agility, our ability, as it were, to dance,

And yet stand upright." T.S. Eliot
On a personal note: life forever flows and presents offerings the right either accept or reject. I was literally presented this work during a spiritual experience. I was guided to accept this gift in order to share with others the profound availability of our collective divine wisdom. I write us article feeling exhilarated sharing the work I love and fearful that others will scoff at the untraditional essence of this work. Such an alcoholic I am. Oh well, like continues to flow and certainly... More will be revealed.
